Comments: One of the most common Aquarium plants found in aquarium shops. An extremely fast growing plant that produces a large amount of oxygen while using up excess carbon dioxide. It is well suited for fry tanks as it provides a lot of hiding places and a source for edible microorganisms. This plant does best in lower temperatures in the 15-22 C (59-72 F) range. Ideally suited to beginners, as it is very hardy. Tiny white flowers may be produced on surface floating plants under bright light.
Note: This is a great plant for Goldfish tanks, it will provide food, cover and decoration, along with removing some of the dissolved wastes.
