Destiny
The most vibrant in a cage full of mice
When I held you, I didn’t think twice.
Destiny fulfilled, unbeknownst to me
You’d be a great mother and raise a family.
You worked hard, built a nest, belly bursting
And soon after that, you had seven little nurslings.
Now things have changed, and you’re mother of many,
But ive never had a mouse so loving and friendly.

A sappy poem dedicated to my little albino mouse Destiny, she was purchased 01-05-03, and is one of the friendliest mice ive owned.

Thanks so much guys, I know the poems I write about my mice are very simple, nusury rhyme-type poems, but they fit soo well when thinking about the little comical mice of mine, mice are sort of whimsical in my opinion :D Heres another:


Mice are Gods Gift to me,
They run and they fight, they stay up at night,
So in love with their wheels, sunflower seeds for their meals.
A life seemingly short and fleeting, but I understand the meaning.
They teach you to live each day with positive delight,
For you never know when the end is in sight
Mice are Gods gift to me.
