    My crab Herbert isn’t eating or drinking…..he hasn’t moved for three days, but he doesn’t smell either. I’ve sprayed him with water, but he never twitches or showns signs he’s alive….PLEASE HELP!

    Sometimes hermit crabs just do that. Mine did that for awhile. Did you clean the tank at all or anything like that?

    When they go inactive like that it’s useually because the temp or humidity is off.
    If your house stays in the low seventies constanly and you don’t provide an adequate heat source they can become slugish and eventually die.
    You see hermit-crabs of any species need a ambiant teperature of at least seventy six degrees to stay active.
