I Just got 2 mollies from a pet store yesterday and one of them had 17 babies today!! I want to move the adults but I’m afraid of stressing them too much since they just went through a move yesterday. I just don’t want them to eat the fry. The babies have a place to hide but I’m afraid the adults can still get to them. The adults don’t seem too interested in eating them right now though. If I keep everyone well fed should they be OK? The tank is far too small for 19 fish so eventually they will have to be moved but is it too soon after the last move? I figure it would be easier and less stress to move the 2 adults then to move all the babies.

There can always be more, when you are better prepared to deal with fry 🙂
